SHIPPING & DELIVERY 

We ship worldwide from the U.S.A. 

The shipping rate offered at checkout is a flat rate for orders that do not meet the minimum order requirement for free shipping. 

Free shipping is offered on orders of: 

United States: $50 or more. 

Everywhere else: $150 or more. 

Flat rate shipping (For orders that do not qualify for free shipping.) 

United States: 

Standard Shipping (delivery in 3-5 business days after the item ships): $4

Priority Shipping (delivery in 2-3 business days after the item ships): $8

Everywhere else: 

Standard Shipping (delivery in 7-10 business days after the item ships): $20.

Priority Shipping (delivery in 5-10 business days after the item ships): $35.

PROCESSING TIMES

Ready to wear (RTW): Ships within 3-5 business days. 

Made to order: Ships within 7-14 business days. Please refer to the product listing. 

Custom orders: This will be discussed during the consultation session. 

RETURNS, REFUNDS& EXCHANGES

Ready to wear & Made to order: 

We accept exchanges and also issue refunds in the form of store credit on these items provided you selected your size from our size chart. 

If you provided your exact measurements and the garment is made to your measurements, we can not offer exchanges or issue refunds on these. If there are any issues, however, please contact us and we will review the situation on a case by case basis.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, however, in the case of an exchange, your new order will be sent out at no cost to you. 

Custom Orders

Due to several different factors surrounding a custom garment, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit. We will, however, review your concerns, if any issue arises, on a case by case basis. Please contact us and we will work with you to address any concerns.

Jewelry & Headwraps

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on these. 

Bags & Other Accessories

We accept exchanges and returns in the form of store credit on these.

RETURN GUIDELINES: 

  • Please do not send an item back without first reaching out to us.

  • Item must be received in its original condition- new, unused/unworn in order to be eligible for a return or an exchange. 

  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, however, in the case of an exchange, your new order will be sent out at no cost to you. 

  • Please contact us or submit the online return request form within 7 days of receiving your garment. 

  • You will receive a response to your return request within 1 business day. 

  • Once we receive your item(s) back, we will inspect it and approve or decline the exchange or refund request based on the condition of the item(s) you sent back. 

  • Please allow up to 3 business days after the receipt of your return for us to review and make a decision. 

  • If an exchange is requested, the new item will be shipped out within 3 business days of us approving the return.
